People Can Live Happy Life by Just Caring Their Thoughts
People all around the world define
the meaning of life differently. Some people find life struggled, whereas the
others find it simple and happy. Some people are very rich, but they live without
understanding the taste of happiness in life. Business people try to earn money
as much as they can for they think they will have happy life. In the end, some
of them experience life full of troubles. They realize money don’t really make
them happy. Likewise, most teenagers spend lots of money on buying modern materials,
fashion dresses, and so on. Sadly, not all of those teenagers can live in happy
mood. However, everyone is sure that all human beings wish to have happy life. There
are many professional researchers try to find ways of living happy life. As a
result, many articles of tips or techniques are published to offer people
living happy life. Unfortunately, all of those publications cannot effectively
help people. Some people find it work well for them, whereas the others find it
useless. Our modern world provides people many resources which can help them to
have happy life. We all can easily find those recourses on the Internet, books,
newspapers, magazine, and many others. It seems that it is really easy to find
the way of living happy life because we can get the variety of resources from
our modern world. Although, most people think that it is not easy like this because
most of them don’t really have the ability to catch up the point from all those
publications to apply in their lives. Some studies go really deep into the
issue. Some people find most publications are written in term of technical way
which offers them very few helps. Moreover, some publications are works well in
theory, but don’t really work in practice. People still think it is a big deal
to find ways of living a happy life. So, is it impossible to live a happy life?
The answer is simple; every person can live a happy life. People might have
experienced as the above mentioned obstacles when they try to find out how to
live happy life. But it is not a big deal at all. From the lessons in this
paper, I am sure that every people can have happy life within their own from very
simple ways which work well both in theory and practice. Every people will find
new experience of living happy life. The point of this paper is to discover the
main root causes of unhappiness and bring back the common effective ways to
live a happy life which enable people to apply by very simple ways within
their real life.
Most people think that it is such a
broad term when looking for the root causes of unhappiness. Some people might
think about psychological term or other related terms which bring about
complicated idea. In fact, the main root cause of unhappiness is really simple.
Most studies found many reasons in which making people unhappy. People might be
tired to sit down and read all of those reasons one by one because many things
are written down. People might find it difficult to find out the root causes of
unhappiness. If they cannot figure out it, how can they have happy life?
Fortunately, every person will be able to find it from this paper. Actually, when
we find the causes of unhappiness, we will experience that it has countless of
reasons making people unhappy. However, all of those studies have the common
reasons inside. People might never realize that there is a common cause inside
every researching article or any other sources. Base on many studies related to
the causes of unhappiness, they hide a common root cause which people never
realize. In his article, Sara (n.d.) shown that little things can make people
unhappy, and all those things start with the word “YOU.” Among his 50 little
things, we can find many reasons. But surprisingly, all of those little things
begin with “YOU.” Truly, the root cause of unhappiness is from people
themselves. In fact, people through their lives in unhappy mood themselves. It is clear that only every individual person who can make life to be. People’s attitude is the most effective things that cause people to be unhappy.
All causes come from people their own. Their attitude, in other words, people’s thoughts that lead to build behaviors can make them to live happy or unhappy life accordingly. By this mean, people who never experience happiness in life should not be hopeless. You make your life unhappy, and then you are also able to make your life happy. People still have way to live their life happily. As an old saying says, “If god give birth to cow, he also plants grass for cow to eat.”
To live a happy life, people need to consider about their thoughts. The way people think is the most matters. “Researchers tell us that we have about sixty thousand thoughts a day. Can you imagine how exhausted you'd feel trying to control all sixty thousands of those thoughts?” (Byrne, 2006, p. 44-45). Some people are smart enough to use their thoughts in the right way. But many people fail to control on their thoughts. Most people let their thoughts lead them to live with fear and worrying.
Thought is the most important thing which can give people back the attracted source according to the way people think (Byrne, 2006, p. 26). So, people simply
must train their minds to work positively. To live a happy life, people must
think of happy life. Abraham Lincoln once said, “Most folks are about as happy
as they make up their mind to be.” And it is our choice to make it depend on
our power of our mind (Canfield
et al., 2008, p. 95). Individual people must let go of any worrying, and
start thinking about good way that will work well in their lives. When people
stop thinking of problem, and put their mind on the belief of miracle, all good
thing will come to bring them happiness. As a source of frequency which can
attract everything to come, people individual must think carefully.
Keep
in mind of positive thought and learn to live with what already have. What
people truly have is the present moment they live. By this mean, people can
develop their thoughts to appreciate the moment they live, and that source will
bring them back with all happiness. In his book, Kol (2015) stated:
No one can predict what the future holds. However, you can create your
future by envisioning what you want it to be. Then, you need to plan it well,
and act accordingly to the plan. What you are today has resulted from your past
thoughts and actions. By the same token, your future is determined by your
daily thoughts and actions (p. 12).
All people need
to put their thoughts on present time, and enjoy what they are doing. People don’t
need to worry too much about the future because they can only just do their
best to make today they want. People must think only what they can, simply like
planning for the future, but not keep worrying about future. People can only
live in present moment. Carnegie (n.d) wrote, “So let's be content to live the
only time we can possibly live: from now until bedtime” (p. 13). Therefore, all
people must control their thought wisely to avoid on all negative thought, by
just focusing only on the present.
In conclusion, every person in the
world can live a happy life by his or her own. It is really strange that people
try to find out what make them unhappy without initially consider on
themselves. Some people try to think too much of outside when they find ways to
live happy life. In fact, everything starts from individual people. Before
finding ways outside, people need to find inside them and try to fill up their
own cup. It is true that only people individual who can make themselves to be.
By this mean, what people need to do is to work with their world. People need
to control their thoughts because the way people think matter the most. Keep in
mind that what you think will return back to you. So, think positively,
positive thing will come your way. People need to get out of what they cannot
control, and appreciate what they already have. Truly, what people actually
have is the present moment. Indeed, all people can make their life to be, and
they absolutely can live happy life within their own just by taking care of
their thoughts.
